Our Mission
I founded London Kool Fitness nine years ago, starting out as a qualified personal trainer and gym instructor in South West London. What began as a passion for helping people move better and feel better has grown into a fully established practice in North London.
Over the years, I’ve evolved from offering traditional fitness training into providing a more holistic blend of personal training and massage treatments including now Indian Head Massage. This combination allows me to support clients not just with strength and conditioning, but also with recovery, mobility, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing.

Indian Head Massage
I’ve recently added a Diploma in Indian Head Massage to my portfolio — a treatment I believe in on a deeply personal level.
After spending 23 years in a high‑pressure, demanding profession, I’ve navigated my own battles with stress, tension, and anxiety. Along that journey, this technique became one of the most grounding and transformative tools I’ve ever experienced.
It’s not just another therapy I offer — it’s one that helped me through some of my toughest moments.
Indian Head Massage is restorative, calming, and remarkably effective at releasing both physical tightness and emotional strain. It reconnects you with your body, settles the mind, and creates a sense of balance that’s hard to find in day‑to‑day life.
For me, it’s more than a treatment.

Sports Massage
I’ve also walked the path many of my clients are on. After overcoming osteoarthritis and moving positively through a hip replacement, I’ve gained a deep, lived understanding of body mechanics — how pain behaves, what niggles to never ignore, and how small issues become big ones if you don’t address them. That experience shapes everything I do. I don’t just treat symptoms; I look for the root causes and help you stay ahead of them.
As a sports massage therapist, I use targeted deep‑tissue techniques to accelerate muscle recovery, improve flexibility and reduce soreness. Sports massage helps prevent injuries by reducing muscle tension, increasing circulation and breaking down scar tissue that restricts movement. Whether you're training hard or dealing with long‑standing tightness, it helps restore proper function so you can move freely, perform better and recover faster.
